Thank you to everyone for your support of Powerlands! The film has a busy schedule in the coming months. The films’ director, Ivey Camille Manybeads Tso, will be appearing at many events, along with other members of the production team (including me).
We would love to see you and share this film with you! Below is a partial schedule, including our UK tour. (Planning for the UK tour is still in progress. If you are connected to organizations in the UK or elsewhere in Europe who may want to see this film, please reach out!)

July 23, we will be screening at the Arizona Sunburn Film Fest, at The Screening Room in downtown Tucson.
July 24, director Ivey Camille Manybeads Tso will be screening the film in Lake County, CA,.
If you are in Los Angeles, come to our LA Premiere on August 5! We are excited to work with the grassroots organization CIELO for a screening at their space, at 4318 S. Main St. I’ll be there, along with Ivey Camille, and composer Daniel French.
August 15, we will be screening in Montreal at the Présence autochtone / International First Peoples' Festival .
Sept 2-5: We will be screening at Socialism 2022 in Chicago, with a panel featuring Ivey Camille and other young Indigenous activists.
September 8: A screening at Elon University, in North Carolina (featuring a remote Q&A with Ivey Camille Manybeads Tso).
September 22 through at least September 30 (and possibly into October), we will be presenting Powerlands at several events across the UK - see the schedule (still in progress) here.
October 7-9: We will be screening at The Indigenous Women’s Voices Summit in Hurleyville NY, with Ivey Camille Manybeads Tso appearing remotely as part of a panel on October 9.
October 19-23: Santa Fe (Details TBA).
October 26: Bucknell University, in Lewisburg, PA.
November 15: Northern Arizona University (Flagstaff).
